Clients are responsible for uploading high quality images and artwork.

For best results, images should be:

• high resolution
• forward facing
• at least 150 DPI at the intended print size

Images that commonly produce poor print results include:

• screenshots
• photos of printed photos
• images downloaded from social media
• compressed messaging app photos
• low resolution files

JYS Sign & Print Co. cannot guarantee print clarity if low-quality images are submitted. Additionally, JYS will not check images for clients prior to order submission. The ordering system will flag any image below a 150 DPI to the client as "low quality". If this appears, it is highly recommended that the client replace the image for a higher quality. 

For the best print results, files should be 300 DPI at the size you are uploading.

This ensures your signage prints sharp, clear, and professional, especially for larger displays where low-resolution images can appear blurry or pixelated.

• 300 DPI is ideal for the best print quality
• 150 DPI is the minimum acceptable resolution for large signage

Files below 150 DPI at the size they are uploaded may print soft, blurry, or pixelated.

JYS Sign & Print Co. carefully packages each order using professional packaging materials to ensure safe delivery.

Every shipment is prepared with extreme care before leaving our facility.

Once a package leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, JYS Sign & Print Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

To maintain reasonable shipping rates, oversized boards may be professionally scored and folded during production.

This allows larger signage to ship safely without expensive oversized freight charges.

Boards are only scored in areas that do not interfere with the design, ensuring the printed artwork remains visually intact.

Clients who prefer their boards shipped flat may request flat shipping for an additional fee based on oversized carrier rates.

JYS Sign & Print Co. carefully packs every order to prevent damage.

However, once a package is handed to the carrier, handling is outside of our control.

For replacement purposes, damage is defined as damage that affects the printed artwork itself.

The following conditions are not considered damage:

• minor dents along borders
• small cuts or compression on edges
• minor corner wear
• small edge imperfections caused during shipping

These conditions can occasionally occur during transit and do not affect the printed design or usability of the product.

If your order arrives with damage affecting the printed artwork:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• photos of the product
• photos of the packaging
• photos of the shipping label

This allows us to review the situation and determine whether a replacement is appropriate.

Orders may only be canceled before the design or production process begins, whichever comes first.

Once design work has started, the order moves into our custom production pipeline and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Because all products are custom printed, JYS Sign & Print Co. does not offer refunds.

Replacement requests may only be considered if:

• the product was printed incorrectly compared to the approved proof
• the printed artwork was damaged during shipping

All replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

All artwork, design layouts, and creative materials produced by JYS Sign & Print Co. remain the intellectual property of JYS Sign & Print Co. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

Clients who provide artwork confirm that they have the legal right to use those materials.

JYS Sign & Print Co. is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations associated with customer-supplied files.

Yes.

JYS Sign & Print Co. reserves the right to photograph and share completed work for marketing purposes including:

• social media
• website portfolios
• promotional materials
• advertising

If you prefer that your project remain private, please notify us before production begins.

JYS Sign & Print Co.'s liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

We are not responsible for indirect damages such as:

• event disruptions
• missed deadlines due to shipping delays
• financial loss related to event timing

By producing our work internally instead of outsourcing production, we maintain complete control over:

Not always.

Colors can appear differently on printed materials compared to digital screens due to:

• monitor calibration
• screen brightness
• lighting conditions
• printing processes

Minor color variations between proofs and printed products are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Orders cannot be modified once they enter production or processing.

This includes:

• adding additional items
• changing designs
• adjusting quantities
• changing shipping methods

If you need additional items, a separate order must be placed.
