Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with JYS Sign & Print Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure clarity throughout the custom design, production, and delivery process.

Order Acceptance

All orders placed with JYS Sign & Print Co. are subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders may be canceled prior to the start of the design process. Once design work has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Print-on-Demand Policy

All products produced by JYS Sign & Print Co. are custom printed on demand and made specifically for each individual order.

Because items are custom manufactured, all sales are final once the design process has begun.

Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once design work has started or production has begun.

Design Process & Proofing

JYS Sign & Print Co. provides digital proofs to allow clients to review artwork prior to production.

Each order includes up to three (3) proofs or revision rounds.

Additional revisions beyond three proofs will incur additional design fees, which must be paid before further revisions are completed.

Proofs are provided to ensure design accuracy before printing. Once a proof is approved, production will begin based on the approved design.

Client Proof Approval Responsibility

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing their proofs before approval.

This includes checking for:

• spelling
• grammar
• names
• dates
• layout
• sizing
• alignment
• design placement

Once a proof has been approved, JYS Sign & Print Co. is not responsible for errors that were missed during the proof review process.

Proof approval serves as final authorization to print.

Image Quality & File Upload Policy

Clients are responsible for providing high-quality images and artwork.

JYS Sign & Print Co. is not responsible for poor print results caused by low-resolution or poor-quality files submitted by customers.

Examples of files that commonly produce poor print results include:

• screenshots
• photos of printed photos
• images downloaded from social media
• heavily compressed images
• pixelated images

For best results, images should be forward-facing and at least 150 DPI at the intended print size.

If a client chooses to proceed with low-resolution files after being notified, JYS Sign & Print Co. cannot guarantee print clarity.

Color Variation Policy

Colors may appear differently on printed materials than they do on digital screens.

Due to variations in monitor calibration, screen brightness, lighting conditions, and printing processes, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Minor color variations between digital proofs and printed products are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Production Timeline

Production timelines begin after final proof approval and payment confirmation.

Estimated production timelines may vary based on:

• order volume
• design complexity
• material availability
• production scheduling

While JYS Sign & Print Co. works diligently to meet estimated timelines, production timelines are not guaranteed.

Clients are encouraged to order well in advance of event dates.

Order Changes

Once an order enters production or processing, changes cannot be made.

This includes:

• adding additional items
• modifying designs
• changing quantities
• altering shipping methods

If additional items are needed, a separate order must be placed.

Shipping Policy

JYS Sign & Print Co. carefully packages each order using professional packing methods to ensure safe delivery.

Once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, JYS Sign & Print Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. JYS Sign & Print Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the client.

Oversized Board Folding Policy

To maintain reasonable shipping costs for clients, JYS Sign & Print Co. will score and fold oversized boards over 4ft 

This method allows larger designs to ship safely without excessive oversized freight charges.

Boards are only scored and folded in areas that do not interfere with the design, ensuring the visual presentation remains intact.

Clients who prefer their boards shipped flat may request flat shipping at an additional cost, which will be billed based on oversized carrier rates.

Damage Policy

JYS Sign & Print Co. packs and ships every order with extreme care using professional packaging materials.

However, once a package leaves our facility, handling is controlled by the shipping carrier.

For the purposes of replacement or damage claims, damage is defined as damage that affects the printed artwork itself.

The following are not considered damage:

• minor dents to borders or edges
• small cuts or compression along board edges
• minor corner wear
• cosmetic edge imperfections caused during shipping

These types of conditions can occasionally occur during transit and do not impact the printed design or the usability of the product.

Only damage that visibly affects the printed artwork may qualify for a replacement review.

If damage occurs, clients must notify JYS Sign & Print Co. within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• the product
• the packaging
• the shipping label

Refund & Replacement Policy

Because all products are custom printed, JYS Sign & Print Co. does not offer refunds.

Replacement requests may be considered only in cases where:

• the product was printed incorrectly compared to the approved proof
• the printed artwork itself was damaged during shipping

All replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

JYS Sign & Print Co. reserves the right to determine whether a replacement will be issued.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, design layouts, graphics, and creative elements created by JYS Sign & Print Co. remain the intellectual property of JYS Sign & Print Co. unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, modified, or distributed without written permission.

Unauthorized reproduction or replication of designs is strictly prohibited.

Customer Supplied Artwork Responsibility

Clients who provide logos, images, or artwork confirm that they have the legal right to use those materials.

JYS Sign & Print Co. is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations associated with customer-supplied artwork.

The client assumes full responsibility for any legal claims related to materials they provide.

Marketing & Social Media Use

JYS Sign & Print Co. reserves the right to photograph and display completed designs and products for marketing purposes.

This may include use in:

• social media
• portfolio displays
• website galleries
• promotional materials
• advertising

By placing an order, the client grants JYS Sign & Print Co. permission to showcase the finished work unless a written request for privacy is submitted prior to production.

Commercial Use Policy

Products produced by JYS Sign & Print Co. may be used for commercial purposes by the purchasing client.

However, the design itself may not be resold, replicated, or distributed without written permission.

Agreement

By placing an order with JYS Sign & Print Co., the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability:

JYS Signs & Print Co will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or nonperformance of our obligations.  JYS Signs & Print Co shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages.  The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold JYS Signs & Print Co responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against JYS Signs & Print Co and its affiliated company (S) on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights.
